vsr bolt problem.

ok guys here is one for ya.
between there the clinder lies and where you screw your outer barrel in there is a plastic ring.
1, what is it called?
2, can i buy a new one?
3, could i make a home made one?
reason why i ask is my bolt now seams to move around now when i pull it back and push forward. my vsr now some times slam fires and i belive it could be this as the sear sets are brand new and deep fire parts.
any ideas gang?

Re: vsr bolt problem.
1, bolt spacer
2, you can buy them mate, call around retailers , or look on here :p
3, you need them really , to keep the bolt from twisting side to side and being scored badly , also to keep it all lined up

Re: vsr bolt problem.
You can make a very effective replacement, from a film case. You remember film? That thing camera's used to use before SD cards. The black case they came in, is a perfect size to slide a cylinder into, and once you chop off the lid end, it'll fit and stay very comfortably in a VSR. I've heard it recommended for BAR-10s as an upgrade to the original rings.
