Re: TM SPAS 12 disassembly?
1. Unscrew the black phillips head screw underneath the pump grip.
2. Pull out the pear shaped plastic piece (pump lock in real life IIRC).
3. This should expose two brass coloured phillips head machine screws.
4. Take both of these out and be careful of the brassy coloured washers which should accompany them.
5. Pull the pump grip down and away from the heat cage. Don't worry about some resistance, the plastic can easily take it.
6. Be careful of the 4x black rod type roller bearings which are located on the inner surface of the pump grip.
7. They are very small and fiddly. If you loose them you can affect the solid feel of the gun by making the pump grip a little wobbly.
8. When reassembling one tip is to use some Vaseline or other thick grease to hold the bearings in place as you replace the pump grip.
I have a SPAS 12 pictorial disassembly guide and video takedown in the pipeline, let me know if you need it.
