Help taking my L96 cylinder head off

Hi all
I bought a new spring and stripped teh L96 down to the whole bolt,Now i can see it is firmly in place.The last thing i want to do is use pliers to get it off so has anyone got any other suggestions ?

Is it a maruzen and if so has the head of the cylinder been crimped ,if so new cylinder time im afraid as its a Japan import and there laws state no wam guns ;(

I had the same problem. It looks like you need 2 allen keys or something to unscrew it but I'm unsure of it as it didn't do anything when I attempted but didn't want to fiddle too much with it as I nearly damaged it when also using the pliers.

does the cylinder head have two indented holes in it?
if so use some nose pliers and insert one part into each hole, then twist in an anti clockwise mannor until ut unscews
altenrativly you can buy a tool for it, or use an allen key in one hole and have the the shaft of it pull arround the cylinder head nozzle.... i would rather use the plier nose trick though as its safer or buy a propper tool for it (no point though as nose plier work).
