TM l96 cylinder
30 July, 2011, 01:08
Hey guys. Im looking into upgrading my TM l96 in the near future, but I dont have the money to buy a brand new cylinder for it. Im looking into just purchasing a new trigger with steel sears, a new piston, spring guide, cylinder nozzle and spring (Fire-fly hop is allready installed).Trouble is, I cant get inside the stock cylinder. Its as if the cylinder nozzle is fixed on. Does anyone know if its designed to be fixed shut like a few other single action rifles designed for sale on the japenese market, or if my one is just stiff. I need some advice before I take a hacksaw to it
Cheers, Jonny

Re: TM l96 cylinder
If it's anything like the VSR cylinder you'll need to drill out the little pin.

On the cylinder, just below where the cylinder head meets the cylinder with the head facing upwards that is.
