bar 10 silencer

hi all
right im having trouble as i have a silencer and a laylax silencer addapter for the VSR and need to stick it onto my bar 10 but i dont know how to do that. Has anyone got any ideas how to stick the addapter on?

Common Sense XD. Use the offish white colour tool you had with the rifle to twist off the barrel end cap. Then screw on the silencer adaptor and silencer. Bear in mind that the stock end cap may be very hard to get out. Mine was and i ended up breaking the tool.
