VSr spring. Which way?

VSr spring. Which way?

Hi,
Just a quick question:
I have taken apart my VSR and have the spring out, Now to reinstal the sprin what way does it go? The flat end or the slighlty curved end?

The end which has the coils gathered more closely together should go the spring guide end lol

Do stock l96 springs have more coils at one end when i installed it back in mine both ends looked the same.

Stock L96 have equal spacing all the way through the spring.

Shouldn't have, there should be more coils spaced tightly together at one end, that goes down onto your spring guide.
