bar 10 stand

hi all sorry if this has already been asked and answered so if it has been don't all shout at once to me about it. im wanting to do my bar 10 up and i think it needs a nice stand not a massive one thoug, like a low profile one so i have been wondering if anyone knows off any that fit the bar 10 or should i attach some RIS to it and buy a ris one and just use that

You could get yourself a "harris bipod" sounds like the sort of thing your after. They install nice and easily attaching to the front sling loop mount. They are adjustable to the size you want and should do you nicely. They make clone ones, so you won't ave to pay through the nose if you know where to look.
