Help: VSR 10 G-Spec
18 October, 2009, 22:33
can someone help me please? I have a VSR10 G-spec clone, the MB02. It is two-tone because I'm only 16 and cant get a license.
Anyways, I have decided to get some G-spec barrel spacers and a silencer adapter + silencer. Trouble is that I want a silencer is the same diameter as the barrel so it would make the gun look longer rather than it looking like it has a silencer. I would like to be able to fit a PSG1 6.04 or 6.04mm tight bore barrel covered up by the silencer.
Pictures would help
Thanks, Jak

Re: Help: VSR 10 G-Spec
The MBO2 isn't a clone, ie. it doesn't have the same dimensions iirc. Also PSG1 barrels won't fit a vsr, you need a barrel with a vsr hopup cutout.
In fact with a MBO I don't think there is anything you can do to it. Get a bar or vsr mate.

Re: Help: VSR 10 G-Spec
oh
thanks for the help anyway. I didnt want to buy a TM version cos they are less powerful and less accurate. If youve shot the MB0 its amazing with accuracy, I wanted to fully upgrade that. If i cant upgrade the barrel, am I still at least able to upgrade the spring, spring guide, cylinder, piston, etc?
Thanks for the help

I think all the internals are about 85% of the size, so no unfortunately. You may be able to get an APS spring in there though.

Re: Help: VSR 10 G-Spec
ahh dang
well i thought it would be good as a starter gun. 400 fps out the box! and the accuracy does wonders
well, i guess ill have to start saving for the TM vsr 10 >=( then fork out even more money to get that as good as my current gun
Thanks for the help anyways,
Jak

Re: Help: VSR 10 G-Spec
Sorry to be the bearer of bad news
Have a look for second hand though, you may find an upgraded one for the same price as a new one.
