the G&G xtreme45's are not really suitable for skirmishing, the average around 400-450 fps not 340, not sure where u heard that from mate

Its harder to tell when you're running out of gas.
Also "more powerful" is down to design. You could get a CO2 gun with very restrictive valves so low power...

Yeah the bulbs are usually pretty consistent right till last then boom nothing. So yeah harder to tell if its about to die. So I do 4 realoads then stick in a new bulb.

As for more power... most co2 pistols are higher fps than their gg equivalent out of the box. Correct me if im wrong? ?

I got told that when I went to a popular airsoft shop in Dalkeith. It also says about 340+ fps on an online airsoft shop near fife. I may be wrong but this is the information I have been told.
