CA Trigger Problem
19 March, 2010, 17:48
hello
i have a classic army m15a4 tactical carbibne sportline.
basically the trigger wont make the motor spin.
sometimes it does and fires fine other times you pull the trigger and nothing happens.
also when nothing happens there is hardly any tension in the trigger.
any help would be appreciated.
many thanks

Re: CA Trigger Problem
I think there's a dodgy connection from the battery to the motor, check the tabs connecting to the motor in the pistol grip, or see to the fuse, and/or both.

Re: CA Trigger Problem
Try adjusting the height of the motor, see if it makes a difference. Did you think you may have damaged it in anyway or form? - If so please tell. - Or you could visit me tomorrow, if you're fine with that.

Ask TKOS, I'm sure he'll know. - Also ask him to move this this thread under Technical Help and under AEG.

Re: CA Trigger Problem
Yes, but also a problem - AEGs as far as I know don't normally do this. - Just make sure you have a back-up of some sort.

Re: CA Trigger Problem
you may have a damaged trigger contact spring and/or your trigger contacts need a good clean i.e rub then down a bit with fine sandpaper sometimes they burn out and stop conducting/become verry tempremental
