      You only need to worry when instead of "IN PROGRESS" it says "ON HOLD AWAITING CO19" :p

          +1 to Fizzy.

          Worked for DHL for a while and tracking and tracing parcels through customs is just a waiting game.

          Not to install any more paranoia, but I once had a pair of Jimmy Choo sling-backs stuck in customs for 3 weeks until they ascertained what crocodile the upper came from...


          *EDIT*- I was tracking the Choo-Shoes, they weren't mine...

            Most annoying one I had was when the tracking info said my package had come in to Stanstead, then went to Heathrow.
            That's annoying because I'm in Essex...

              Sound silly but certain types of shoes etc need to be checked due to endangered animals and what not.
