Pistol help!
24 October, 2010, 20:29
Hello, after a great days skirmish at GZ, I really wan't to get a pistol (well,
Another
pistol). I'm thinking 2 things:
Option 1 - Play it safe.
I get a TM Hi-Capa (either 5.1 or Extreme) from Z1 and all is good in Marui land. I know performance will be acceptable and it will last.
Option 2 - Take a risk
I get a KWA NS2 (probably the KP8c (USP compact) or M9) from a Scottish web-site and hope it will be good. Never shot a KWA, or even touched one. Not sure weather I will like it. #1 worry?
Sluggish slide!
I am used to TM plastic slides running on Ultra. Quick and snappy. Will KWA disappointing me?
I shall be very grateful for any help!

Re: Pistol help!
I recently purchased the KWA KP45 Match Professional with an extra magazine. It’s my first pistol and has totally blown my socks off (not literally, I'm not THAT bad at aiming)...
The blow back action is awesome and on green gas it delivers a helluva kick and each charge lasts for two and a bit reloads per clip. Sounds the business too when fired. Used it all day yesterday for some close quarters forest action and it was an exhilarating experience. Mags load nicely, very slick, the gun itself is weighty and well balanced.
Cannot recommend it highly enough!
The official KWA website has technical support forums you can use if you have any problems or questions. Mine didn’t come with a manual so managed to download the pdf version from the website. So if you’re curious, have a look and download it for a heads-up!

Thank god! That's a definite buy then! Do you have a silencer on yours? (I'm assuming you own the pistol). If yes, are there any negative effects? Like the slide jamming ect.
Thanks for all the help!

Re: Pistol help!
So far the only difference I've noticed when the suppressor is on is the slight difference in volume.
