Re: MP5's
may not be a show stopper, my CA MP5SD is rear wired, but under the rear cap (where the sliding stock attaches) the rear wire attaches to a loom that feeds back down the receiver to the front batt compartment.

Re: MP5's
Only ever had my TM MP5 SD6, so can't comment on the others, but will add my thoughts.
Pros: The TM is light weight, (a pleasure to carry all day) fairly quiet, & a 9.6 crane battery fits in the front nicely.
Cons: The hop up unit is fiddily, easily knocked during gameplay and is the biggest dissapointment in this gun IMHO.

Re: MP5's
Just ordered a G&G TopTech Gen2 MP5 along with 2 triple open top black pouches for my vest, an Aimpoint sight, red laser and a large Shot Box flight case to keep it nice and safe!

Re: MP5's
Here's some pics of my new G&G TopTech Gen2 MP5, the quality of it really is something else! Very happy indeed. Also got a TM Glock 17 delivered today
All fitted into my (also new!) Shotbox hard case.

Re: MP5's
lovely piece of kit, just looks so front heavy!
Dont bother with the ASCU jobby, cojack had one in his VFC dagger and it was terrible imo.
Really tempted by one of the high cycle MP5s but i need a mixture of woddland and CQB so i may go for the AUG or M4
One of our mates AUG high cycles is firing at over 30 rps!!!

Re: MP5's
It's got a very decent weight to it but not too heavy, very happy with it! Will be using it an CQB Tactical not this weekend but next!

Re: MP5's
Best MP5 I've ever had was a Escort MP5. It's one of the only guns that I regret selling. I've been humming and haring about getting another one but I’ve got down to only M4 style mag guns now and I think I’ll keep it that way.
