    Re: Bullet4MyEnemy's YouTube channel

I wonder if I can ask the principal at the school I work at if I can organize a game here... It's a seven floor building, and every room has two doors...

        Re: Bullet4MyEnemy's YouTube channel

        S'gotta be worth a shot...

I kept looking for rooms with at least 2 ways in/out every time we were on the defending team, 3 ways in/out ideally. But they were very few and far between.

It must be a bloody massive school though, 7 floors?! How many students are there? I thought the school in the video was massive, mine was about half the size in terms of ground space, but with a 3rd floor and that still fit about 1800 students into it.

If it still an active school there's no way they will let it out for airsoft

          And what about insurance?

              Re: Bullet4MyEnemy's YouTube channel

I'm not totally sure, but I know F&O haven't organised any more events there. So I'm assuming it must've been.

Anyway, this video I just cobbled together with the clips I had left over from the trip:

so having watched your videos they inspired me to get a Contour roam2 yesterday second hand(4 months old) for £100, i suppose almost the going price now the company has gone tits up, i even manged to find the manual, firmware and storyteller off an ozzie retailer via a bike forum irrc as Contour have pulled the plug on their website.

anyway how do you protect your lens?

                  Re: Bullet4MyEnemy's YouTube channel

I actually don't protect it, I've just been lucky so far. I did have the lens cover shot out once at the start of this year when I visited F&O's The Asylum in Kidderminster, if you check those videos then there's a big crack through the screen in half of them.

I found out from that experience that Contour, even when they were in business, didn't supply lens cover replacements for the ROAM series, outside of the US. So I had to scream at them about how stupid that was via email and they eventually agreed to send me out a replacement as a "good will gesture".

Recently the camera took another hit, but thankfully, the crack doesn't actually appear in the footage. At least not obviously, you can actually see it on the top left under certain light, and I were still recording in 720p, then the wider angle would probably make it massively obvious... But yeah.

TL;DR - I don't use a lens protector. At least not yet. I've just ordered a Contour ROAM2, so once that arrives I'll be looking at protecting the lenses on both cameras, 'cos I can't afford to lose either of them now that the company has gone bust and I have literally no chance in hell of getting a replacement.

Anyway though, here's my most recent upload:

So I've been posting my videos in the more general video section for a while now if you want to go and check those out, they're on my channel too of course.

Here's my newest one though, you won't believe the killstreak I get when you see just how CQB it is.
