The actually reporting should unban my account if all things being fair, if you or any admin see the racist and unethical issues in the thread. So indirectly they do go hand in hand. Please do not for a second think, that I am in some way using this reporting thing as a way to reactivate my account. I expect that the person who made the comment to be dealt with. Its very easy to say you dont see racism, when you are not in the direct fire of things. As in the spell check. I am Jamaican, my dialect speaks for itself. Should I say more? Am I not allowed to type in my own tongue? Other people who were on the thread had no issue with it, yet it was deemed as a lower class by a poster

1. By reading a few good books, I would start with the English dictionary and follow it up with a couple of Jane Austen novels.

2. By reading the forum rules and guides.

3. Follow the forum rules.

4. Don't come back and do exactly the same thing that got you banned in the first place.

5. PM an Admin and DONT gripe on the forum leading to point 4 above.

Thanks for the input Rampage, however, My initial thread, while very direct, was indeed on how to contact an admin. Instead everyone went on the defense and closed my first thread and now blasting me on this one.

As in telling me to read a dictionary?? Really? So I am stupid now?

So, I have an issue with one of you mods, and you threaten me by telling me that you will have the last word? I poke a Stick and you all react? I spoke about how unfair one of you all are, and this is what I get? A bunch of "professional " admins mocking me and threatening to delete my post? Are you joking ?

I have yet, to be given the right to report who I believe discriminated me because of the way I spoke on the forum, and then ultimately banned me, because like you all, feel like I dont belong here.

This hole is only going to get deeper bud. Some one referred me to legislation yet has not allowed me access to the post that I would like to report.. You thing this is law biding? Whether I am wrong or not about how I was spoken to, I am being kept from a right to report this and taken up with people of proper authority. I guess you all are lawyers too.

None of us are "professional" here. At least not in this role. We have volunteered to look after this forum for various reasons including trying to keep the classifieds in some sort of order and to keep it clean and avoid unpleasantness.

Most users, including yourself are anonymous and agree to the forums rules before joining. As far as a forum user having "rights", the forum is not the same as a democratic nation. Everyone here is a guest of ZeroOne airsoft.

As for "right to report", you already have.

I used to run a bar. I was there to serve drinks, not justice. Maybe I didn't always throw the right person out, but things usually went quiet when I threw the noisy one out.

So you are comparing UK British law internet/website legislation with owning a bar?? Reaaaaaaaallly? SMH.. So saying "none of us are professional here" means that you admins do not have to act professional to people on here, as we are you guest? HAve you actually ever read an AUP before? Do you actually understand the law regarding a "guest" user verse a registered user who supplied personal information to join a website? ....If not i understand, as you said before, none of you are professional. As in rights.. There is a different between forums rules and the law. maybe you should read some legislation to see the difference.
