Agreed with the above. The retailer is the one that wants the sales ergo they should do everything in their power to enable that to happen; so good descriptions and basic info along with a few photos for each product (where required like for an AEG) is the absolute minimum. another retailer is almost as bad, you know the one - the one that supports flames - some of their descriptions are severely lacking and it will deter buyers especially for high value items. For a cheaper things people might be willing to take a punt.
