Yes but for people who want to edit instead of bumping. It takes a while to be edited sometimes so people resort to bumping it before the 3 day rule. Obviously there will be people who still bump it but you can't do anything about that.

your still not getting why they can't have it editable bud. people can say its working in the thread, when its not. the buyer buys it under that understanding that it is working. then the seller could just edit the thread saying this and that do not work.

it would just cause problems...

Aaaah I get it. Nevermind but I don think we should be able to edit for a bit longer...

I think they NEED to let people edit for at least ten mins but have a limit on it

So people can check spelling etc Check prices then let the item be

Then no scammers can edit faulty items sold to cover there ass and cheat people out of money and feedback will be better then leaving the thread always able to edit

Most Admin on forums can read the threads including the text before & AFTER it has been edited, so even if the so called "Scammer" changes the text Admin can still see both versions of the text.

A 15min edit window is perfectly appropriate for most NORMAL people to need to change text in a thread.

As for the edit time limit, it's something that Rampage had considered in the past - ask him if it's going to change...
