Re: Advice on fast mags/battle belts light weight combo

right, due to im smaller than my Blackhawk belt (m) there is some slight movement on my rig..... I now need harness/suspenders to stop it moving...

do I go with a some padded alice harness or the condor H harness.....

Im worried the molle part of the H harness will be to hot.... though I could put a hydration pack on there.....

what the best for a harness/suspenders?/webbing?

        PLCE webbing sucks!

I am not keen on belts full stop. I put a belt rig together loaded it up and ran around the garden (as you do) bounced all over the place no matter what i did to adjust it.

        was this rig:

I would only use a PC or chest rig.

Search for the Bulle MLE. Me and my friend use them and we love them. His is kitted out a bit lighter than mine though. I use mine all the time and find it's comfy, distributes the weight very well (Mine weighs in at around 15kg fully loaded, once it's on, you barely notice it) and I can run at full speed with it on.

          Mine carries...
          11x M4 mags
          3x Sig P226 mags
Radio w/ bowman headset threaded through.
Camelbak with 3 litres of water in
Utility pouch with spare ammo, pyro, spare batteries, snacks etc...

There's room for a few more bits too. I've threaded the Camelbak shoulder straps through the D-Rings on the back of my rig, but there is a Molle panel on the back if you want to put a daypack or similar on. I'd say the MLE is a modernised 58 pattern webbing and is stupidly good value. The rig itself comes in at £26, plus about a fiver postage. I'll get some pictures up.
