Hey Ben, how have you've attached the molle-lok on your SIG holster?

The sweat guard has been off-set and has been folded over- the bolts have been passed through this and the molle-loks. Will probably devise another way of doing it though since it isn't the most elegant of mounting solutions (customer wanted it this way though).

Hi Ben, try making a depression of the bolt pattern. I make mine out of ply and tape it to the pistol before pressing at the required Kant angle.
Once cooled it leaves a recess for the bolts to clear the pistol.

Thanks mate, I did recess the bolts slightly but on this occasion the drop was incorporated into the actual wrap around (customer requirements after all!). I will no doubt use the technique you mentioned in conjunction with a separate drop mount future

Like them matey, black and coyote look so good together.
Here's some low profile glock mag pouches, belt or molle mountable.

And some M4 pouches

Errrm, lets see. There's this clearly little known search engine called Google. I find it very useful.

Google is your friend- I found a couple of good videos on youtube but in the end, trial and error on my part provided the best results.
You'll need a press- I made my own from some planks of wood, closed cell foam and some F-clamps. I use my kitchen oven with a temperature gauge (so you know how hot the oven really is) and a hair dryer to form the kydex itself. Then again, you can go all-out hi-tech with infra-red temperature guns, heat-guns and all sorts of fancy doo-wotsits.
Have fun and don't expect amazing results straight away!
