                Or if you can't find them in a hurry, slip a rubber band up over your foot to the top of your boot. We used to do that rather than use the twistees because the grippyness of the rubber made our trousers less likely to un-blouse.

                                and not an armband - i was on red team - we just wrap red or blue tape around our arms (snipers in ghillie suits get it around their ankles)
