keep in mind i like to stay light not carry about stuff thats just for show ..but kinda aiming for this look of recon . But not to bothered on getting it 100%.

It's called a Fighting Load Carrier, made by Specialty Defence systems, but if you just search for 'SDS FLC' they're quite easy to find and not too expensive.
