Just to stray off a little bit, can you get hold of Vegetato Alpini (The winter mountain pattern) in this country?
I've seen the Temperate(jungle) and the desert styles only available in this country, but TBH I wasn't looking that hard for Alpine type stuff..:D

I don't use either but I'd say multicam is more effective and vegetato is ugly.

                  Re: Vegetato Vs Multicam

Vegetato. Why would that even be up for debate?
Multicam looks like vomit, it's not even all that effective in most forests round these parts, and as mentioned, everybody and his mother is wearing it.

On the other hand, vegetato is nothing if not unique, and very effective in most woodlands, even British, in pretty much every season.

As for where to get it, I got mine from Italy, all issue kit, as I tried the cheap Mil-Tec stuff and wasn't impressed with it. The cut's wrong too. On the other hand, Defcon 5 is top-notch gear.
Try Italian ebay. They have pretty much everything you need, most ship to the UK, and you also have Paypal protection.

Vegetato - always, unless its a team outing , then its Helikon Camogrom.

Genuine Italian issue Vegetato - verrrrrrr naaiice too.

Helps having a mate living over in Italy too - makes things easier.
