If you can get the VFC its the best replica out just now and well worth the price. VFC will be bringing out the EGLM sometime this year. I've been waiting ages for it.

Kudos on VFC Scar, myself and a mate both wear multicam and use SCARs, I use a CA SCAR-L and he uses a VFC SCAR-H, Both very nice looking and go well with the mc loadout!

well i've decided...

the SCAR will be gotten, but at a later date, sometime before the summer.

as much as i'm not a fan, i'm going down the m16 route for starters. simply put, its more useful than the SCAR at the site i play at.

an M16a1 or 2 covers pretty much any 1960s onwards U.S, but more importantly it can also be used with a british kit and not look silly, they were used in northern ireland and flaklands, so i'm going to go for one of them first.

plus mags, and parts are readily avaible, not saying the SCARs arent't, but we all know how popular the m16/m4 series is, and how much is out there for them.

so i'm hoping to get the m16a2 with heat shield and nade launcher.

and it can still be used with the multicams!

well good thing is that all the stuff you get for your M16 will work with the SCAR. The standard m203 might look a bit daft though but hey!

You can check out this site,if you havent already www.multicamaddict.com a lot of MC users on it have switched or talked about switching from armalite to Tan scar....when they came out,there was a big hoohaa about them, they are VERY serious about MC,and they were very big on making the switch

another question...

CAW 203 nade launcher and heatshield for m16 series, £140 on zeroone, i take it that will fit most m16's, particularly the m16a2 or a4, of most manufactures.

i ask simply because i've had gp30's for the ak series which fit some makes and not others, i don't wanna be out the money of getting the CAW and the gun, and finding they're not compatible.

oh yeah, i'm getting an m16a4 jingjong, it looks good on the outside, is rock solid, is cheap at the momment with a lack of moneys, got a fair lot of decent reviews online and yesterday i had one in mine hands, and as a bonus i have a TM m16 gear box and motor that i can replace the internals with if the ACM one isn't up to scratch or is hot.

It'd be worth checking out if the JG M16 is an exact clne of the TM, it SHOULD if that's the case but I can't give you a definitive answer.
