"Matt Damon portrays Roy Miller,[4] a warrant officer in the US Army Special Forces who helps a senior CIA officer in search of weapons of mass destruction.[5] Roy Miller is based on real-life Army chief warrant officer Richard "Monty" Gonzales, whose Mobile Exploitation Team" I always assumed he was a ranger.

Re: us marines load out
They wore DCU and woodland OTVs IIRC. Would have been PASGT helmets back then.

Re: us marines load out
From what I understand Inteceptor is the armour system altogether, the OTV is just the vest.
Not a lot of Iraq invasion pics of Marines wearing MARPAT, and Matt Damon's character is in the Army, so no MARPAT there.
But it depends if you want to look like a Marine in 2003 or someone from Green Zone.

Re: us marines load out
In 2003MARPAT was just starting to be issued. If you are doing a 2003 USMC look watch Generation Kill as that is set during the invasion of Iraq.
The OTV is the armour carrier and plate carrier, the inserts are the interceptor (this came up a whit ago and I got confused my self). In 2003 the PASGT was still issued but soon after the LWH started to be issued instead (look very similar apart form the strap set up). M16A2's were still very often issued back in 2003, and the M240B was yet to really be adopted. M4 was used as was the M249 SAW. ACOG's weren't that common most marines used the Iron sights.

Re: us marines load out
M60E3 probably, but the USMC isn't in the habit of issuing 7.62 GPMG's to infantry, tends to put them, in **** ******* teams.
I would stick with the M16, M4 or M249.

*face palm*
Agree with abbandon,
if your doing a real loadout , do your effing research, just cos johnny boy on mw2 uses it doesnt make it real,
if your doing a game based loadout, then do it,
GAMES ARNT REAAALLL! :O
