Eotech 500 Series - Looks like a 552
Vertical Foregrip - Yes, it's a Surefire M900

Shemaugh is an americanised spelling, Blackhawk! call their version the shemaugh.

Eotech 500 'series' refers to the 551, 552, 553 etc, they're all part of the 'series'.

The vertical foregrip isn't a surefire M900, it's one of these:



With a surefire G2 in a DD offset mount on the side rail.



You are still being a little unfair, they're gamers and they'll have pulled that info off the net.

No, it's definitely an M900m M900A with a filter kit on to be accurate - if you want the proof, look at the bottom of the foregrip.

And I'm saying if they were able to glean that much from the internet, why not spend just a little bit longer and make it all spot on?

Also, I'm aware of the fact it was made by some gamers, it says on the top of the image.

Ahh yeah with a filter kit on you may be right, what I think is the dd mount could just be the space between the filter and the light housing... I'm sure the light's not straight in front of the grip though :/ you have crazy good eyesight :p

Yeah, I see where you're coming from on that as I had to go and double check! I think it's the little Nav LEDs either side that are making it look as though it's offset. In the picture above they have rubber covers on, see what I mean?

Regardless, it might not be a 552, it could be the variant with the buttons on the left side of the housing :p Geardoism ftw.

Yeah, you're dead right - it could be a 512, 556. Can't tell at all and certainly can't narrow it down at all, got a bit carried away.

The straps look like a 6004 but I can't see the holster properly, but most likely will be a 6004.

As far as i know they have gone from your "standard" issue stuff that the marines are issued with. But unless Dice are going to throw all realism out of the window the character in the video is using an M4A1 so potentially force recon?

Edit: seen another video and it says the character is 1st recon
