Need help on MTP loadout

hey guys basicly i'm wanting to look as close as i can get to what the british look like now in their MTP, but yea i have no idea what to buy or what they wear, if u guys could give me some links were u got ur gear from and maybe a list of what britsh soldiers wear would be great :D

Hi there,

Here's a list of kit to get you going:
MTP UBACS
MTP Trousers
Osprey Mk2/Mk3 plate carrier (The Mk4 MTP carrier is illegal to own as a civilian at the moment, however, there is a very close alternative made by Warrior called Raptor. It's multicam, but the design is very very similar)
MTP Pouches/DDPM pouches
Mk6 Helmet with MTP/DDPM cover netting and pvs7 mount.
Blackhawk! Hellstorm V2 kneepads in Tan/OD
ESS Ice 2.4 ballistic glasses, or Oakleys or the new Revision Sawfly's.
Desert Boots: Meindl, Magnum, Lowa
Oakley SI gloves in tan
If you're using a radio, go for the Bowman Headset

I obviously can't give you links, but all of the said items can be acquired on a certain well known auction site.

MTP Osprey if you can find one, quite alot of the chaps are going for WAS MTP which is good stuff, Lowa, Miendal or Magnum desert boots (other desert boots are available) MK6 or 7 helmet with MTP covers, quite a few chaps still have a mix of MTP / desert cam as supply is still not great. Leg or waist holster for a P226 as the chest mounted has been knocked due to fragging from IED's. ESS specs, desert or MTP ubacs, job pretty much done, oh - BA issue shemagh also pretty cheap from the bay.

Everyone is now being issued Revision eyewear. The only people who are using ESS are the ones who think they look ally! Revision sawflys are also good as sunglasses.

also i have a shop like 5 mins down the road which sells Begadi British Army Desert boots are they viable for the british loadout?

You should be able to get most things either on eBay or by scouring a few airsoft forums

Theyre issued for tour. Aswell as the goggles for most.

Seconded I know a chap who has just come back he let me know this morning the are still issuing ESS.
