midcaps
11 December, 2009, 17:12
bassicaly,i am new to midcaps and i wanted to know which (metal midcaps) are the best/most reliabe.
i know there are probably a fair few threads on this already, dont kill me :p
ive heard mag brand midcaps are good but they are plastic.
also i did have one g&p midcap but it didnt feed at all. someone said that i should stretch the spring out, but to my dissmay, the screws were already threaded before i could open them up, so i got my money back.
ive heard that king arms mids are not good, but everyone says different things about all the different brands.
thanks in advance

Re: midcaps
I dont see whats wrong with Plastic midcaps, if you want plastic get MAG brand midcaps which are most reliable. In alot of cases Plastic is stronger than Metal

Re: midcaps
Guessing this is for M4 mids?
I use Tokyo Marui and Im sure most will agree that they're the best about, 70rd capacity and full metal, I use them through my G&P and I've never had any problems with them.
Hope that helps.

Re: midcaps
Best metal midcaps for the M4 and MP5 are:
S. Arms.
160 flawless rounds every time.

Re: midcaps
Stay away from King Arms mids, they are prone to jamming.

Re: midcaps
Go for MAG mids. I have over 30 for my various guns all are M4/M16 and all feed beautify and have never failed me yet, plus the come in packs of 8 for around £45. What gun are you using the in?

You mean as unique as a M4 with a scope?

Re: midcaps
Wombat i think you must of been one of the lucky ones then, A lot of people have had trouble with KA mid's before. The general opinion is to go for something else.
