on skirmishes, I have the car toolkit in the boot which has:

• a selection of screwdriver bits (with a handle)
• pliers
• a shifter
• cable ties
• a little torch
• a rachet-blade utility knife

plus a load of other bits and peices that don't have any application for airsoft (a basic socket set, for example)

I then keep a couple of allen keys that I know fit particular bits of my gun, a little 4-way screwdriver that nicely fits my sight adjustment, and my Leatherman.

for more advanced stuff, I disappear in to the garage at home, where there are all sorts of tools, some of which I don't even know what they are supposed to do, let alone how to use them.

I have over 2000 vehicles at work with a fully loaded workshop of tools - apart from specialist tools for modification or fabrication, i have it all!

Jez, at least I know who to turn to if I run out of ammo on the field, lol, nice collection of m4 mags I think im at.. around 15? lol

The middle pile is double stacked mp5 mags but yes the rest are M4, ive just picked up another 6 or so, one day I'll be like this

A set of needle files in different profiles/sizes are one of my top tools, also a Dremel with various grinding tips, sanding and cutting etc. The most important is probably a good set of precision screw drivers and a full set of imperial and metric Allen keys down the the smallest size possible, my set starts from 1mm.

A vise is very useful, also one of those 'helping hands' tools which is a pair of adjustable crocodile clips which sit under a magnifying glass, they are very handy when soldering deans plugs etc.

My toolkit currently consists of:

Allen/hex keys, various sizes
A long cross-head screwdriver, handy for buffer tubes!
Screwdriver set with different heads and a few different sizes for each type
Two rolls of electrical insulation tape
That's it, so far.

A vise is very useful,

I've seen plastic blocks, designed to be held in a vice, that then fit into the mag well or upper (through the ejection port IRC) of an M4, for RS weapons, so that you can work on them without risking damaging the finish by putting it directly into the vice. and because it's above the vice, access is a bit easier.
wonder if something similar is available for air soft versions?

Frog lube liquid and paste. It's the only lubricant I use now
Helping hand tool with magnifier removed
Really long Philips screwdriver for stock removal
Files
Occasionally Marlboro reds
A bucket load of patience for all the idiots that just say "fix this! It am broken" manners cost nothing y'know

Too many to mention. I may see if I cna find a few pics and post them up later.

Sometimes used to take a tool box skirmishing if I had built something to try out. Other times leave them at home or you are forever working on someones gun and not get to shoot people.

If anyone has no manners simply tell then you don't have time, no patience for those people who can't say please or thank you.

the RS ones only work in systemas unfortunately as they are the correct dimensions. im working on modding an old mag shell into a clamping device though, so i can load it into my m4, then clamp the old mag
