I dont understand point of this discussion. Surely everyone knows that SYSTEMAs are best for accuracy, FPS, range and everything else.

Plus systema don't make a g3 variant that you can fit 800 pounds of upgrades into .

Grab a maple leaf monster hop, closest thing to a drop in r-hop, works on the same principal, and comes with the correct nub, just about the best £6 or so I've ever spent.

On topic, just being devils advocate... I would think the lighter the bb the better the range but the worse the accuracy, so your effective range may be worse but your bb's should travel further no? Assuming low wind.

Some thing else to think about though on a more useful note possibly is the brand/ quality of your bbs, I have found that to make a big difference to effective range.

I just bought one, but not from the UK.

Still fiddling with it, at the moment its not making a good seal but I'm sure that's me not the hop. Will let you know once I've got it right.

Range and accuracy I think I have been lucky with straight out of the box. I will hit body mass at 50mtrs first time every time. A quick check on zero before each session to make sure. I have found that setting the hop to 50mtrs gives me 60mtrs and anything under.
