The insurance company is the best bet for getting your money back. Civil recovery really isn't likely to be an option, as Kodiak says.

Just a though ..but i still like option 3 . ask court to turn the other way ,give names and addresses out ..you know where this is going but needless to say it would involve a shove ,rope and a bag of lime ....
