Did you find any mags ( midcaps ) on your searches for the ca ump . They are rare and fit and feed in the g&g perfectly.i already have a few , but Havnt seen any for sale since the few I found last year.

i have a Ares UMP. wen I got the gun it was terrible since then I added a tightbore and changed the internals now its my most reliable gun I own. even out ranges most guns iv owned over the years its also super silent. only gripe I have with the UMPs is the mags getting them onto a tac vest nice is a pain.
however I did handle a G&G at a shop the other day and did like how the way it felt and looked over my ares.

on another note this thread has got ridiculous the poor chap just wanted to know peoples opinions on different UMP/UMG s not how amazing they are as players.

All I will say is get which gun you can afford and if you want to upgrade it you can as and when your funds allow.

The CA mids are like rocking horse poop. Even CA themselves in HK had only 2 when I visited them, which I bought for a teammate. Presumably they didn't make all that many as the gun's not all that popular

Maybe we should petition g&g to start making midcaps for their ump . Theirs is undoubtedly the best ump on the market at. Present , ruined by the midcap shortage for them .,

Out of all the airsoft weapons ive owned, The G&G UMP is the one i regret selling the most, I only sold it due to the terrible availability of midcap mags. If i find one on the forums with a few mids then i'm gonna invest in one (again)
