I'm the one with the 249 in these pics. It was about 37 degrees C at that game and the flak jacket was like an oven (to your current 'heat wave', I say bah).

Did you get any knife kills with it? A mate of mines Tar-21 died, so he had to resort to his rubber knife, think he got 3 kills the entire day, said it was the most fun he's had in ages. haha!

I have to agree with this. The last event I was at, the hop in my G36 committed suicide and my pistol was buggered too - return spring, I think. I was rocking my knife only for a while (before the owner's daughter let me use her Dan Wesson - I'm now looking to buy one), and it was definately the most fun I had. Didn't get any kills, but made people shit themselves - almost literally! Satisfying as hell!

This was a team-shot after winning (what was meant to be) an all-day game in c.20 minutes! I'll add that so many people tried telling me how to wear a beret, and I still didn't know how - I have a big head, and I'm used to wearing my PASGT replica.

Sunny day at RAF Honiley, finally have the chance to contribute to this thread. Pictures were posed in between games--there's no dedicated photographer onsite because everybody is too busy shooting each other.


I think I had Ghost Recon's boxart in mind.
