I suppose the question after all of this is "can there ever be a genuinely decent, reliable shipping company that won't damage your package(s)?"

I've always stuck to Royal Mail for all things and not had a problem, but known people to have had several problems.

It all depends where your from. ive never had problems here down south with either royal fail or parcel farce.

Use there own service, at £8 for ANYTHING upto 50KG next day, i think thats amazing :D.

To be honest parcel farce are a no go now, i've never see a company that is so useless......you can tell it used to be owned by the government as its as effective as the local councils over here (northern ireland). I use either TNT or DHL as they take your parcel from your doorstep and have it where it needs to be the next day without any problems.
