I purchased my BFG second hand.

It came and was right yellow, which I assumed was to make it visible. While it does that while playing at 'The Mall' recently I found that it is also illuminous so findable in the dark.

A good idea and I thank whom I purchased it off.

yh ive seen a few like this, all yellow and orange...infact my mate has an orange one.

i sprayed mine with glow in the dark paint, a lightdusting over matt black krylon, works superb in a dark room

That would depend entirely on the exhaust, and I wouldn't expect someone to have their ear next to the exhaust when it's on full boost either

i wouldnt necessarily expect someone to have there ear next the the bfg when it went off....
unless they were very unlucky....

I expect there's a few people on here that have had them go off in pretty damn close proximity. I know a team mate of mine has, that was a 12g, and he felt it for the rest of the day. I've also known someone go home from GZ after becoming nauseous after one went off next to them while they were lying prone in a bush

hence why i said "unless they were very unlucky...."

anyway, yes it is a valid point and yes I have had one go off close to me....didnt feel sick or nauseous though....
