As Ive said earlier, this doesn't classify as extremely hot. I wouldnt really classify it as hot. Its hot compared to the rest of this year, but in England, it rarely gets HOT. The hottest its ever been in the UK was about 40C, which is hot, but this isnt that!

thats bad for you you know pal due to the body accepting normal temperature water better than chilled , plus in hot heat you can give your body a shock if the waters too cold

don't mind the hot weather at all, just remember lads are doing this for real right now in Afghan in 40+ and in the osprey, helmet etc

problem with hydrarion packs is that they sit directly on the full length of your back (i wear an assault with a pouch for it), so heats up very quickly. Unless you counteract that it needs a bit of ice. Maybe it is a bit harder for the body to take, but i guess i just prefer it that way, and just drink it slower.

Are you saying cold drinks are bad for me?

when your sporting in hot weather ice cold drinks are bad for you , not cold drinks in general

its like you shouldnt go all day active on fizzy drinks either you should supliment them with water as theres something about the sugars and gases in fizzy drinks that the body dosent like to rehydrate itself with
