Lipo help, i know, again...

I have just recived this set up

I have never had lipos before and am wondering hpw i go about charging them as there is not a lead that goes too deans from the charger, and only a hole for the balance bit,
All help needed

aye hook up the small connector, plug in the charger and the power light will come on and the green light should flash then go solid when charged.
Simples!
I like to ram a voltmeter into the gun/power connector so I can watch the voltage as it charges (handy way of seeing how long till it's done!) a 7.4 lipo will go to about 8.36 when it's charged.

I have the same charger, I believe it's when the green light goes out. Correct me if im wrong, but its worked for me...

Bump on this , I just received mine and would much like to know the above
The first LED is soldi green and the second is red :S
