    Binding contract? So, when I agree to sell to someone, provide them with payment details and they then disappear I'm unable to sell to anyone else? Bollox.

      Closed as this issue has been resolved. Negative feedback should not be left for Withdraw or "Changed Minds" or "Pulled out" Issues. Use Neutral if you must say something, that way you wont get Negative in return.
