Re: Stupid kid gives America another reason to put Airsoft on it's radar
I have to say that the under 18's on our team play more responsibly and handle RIFs more respectfully than some of the 'adults'. Under 18's are already cursed with two-tone weapons and can't use pyro so they don't need more restrictions.
This kids problem clearly stems from the adults in his life who haven't show him how to behave.

Re: Stupid kid gives America another reason to put Airsoft on it's radar
How are under 18 cursed with two tone's they are not supposed to be able to buy them .
If ukara and home office guideline were to lower the age limit to include let say down to 14 year old's then they would then be able to buy rif's as a member of an insured game site and become more than likely a more responsible player.
At the moment all we have is a lot of younger player that are unable to buy rif's and can get hold of two tone's with out a great deal of difficulty and any form of check's to see weather or not they are going to use it for airsoft or to just f*ck about with.
If their is no restriction to how old you have to be in order to own a rif or a two tone it seem pretty stupid to not allow any body under 18 to not be able to buy them.
Any player that put's the time and effort into playing at an insured game site and has done so for a reasonable amount of time should be able to buy rif's.
Two tone airsoft weapon's allow people that should not be allowed them the oppertunity to buy them and is becoming a increasing liabilty to airsoft the more of them that is sold without any real control.
Yes kid's are easily lead and the young lad in america was probably copying some thing he saw on tv but if he was part of the airsoft community or was only able to buy the pistol that he had in school after he proved he was part of the airsof community it would be less likely that he would of used it so irresponsibly .
