ive found that if you spray a cigarette filter with some lube or cleaner and fire it down the barrel a few times it cleans out all of the crap that gets down there somehow.

sorry if this is a well known airsofting fact thing,
i just found out it work really well and actually makes the FPS alot better,

Aye, fair one if you can't find yer cloth to cut and bung on the end of the cleaning rod, or can't be bothered even!!

roll up filters, the ones you get in the box,
litterally just shove them down and fire them out and it works really well,
on all guns, especially snipers

used to do this with air rifles. Works really well.

I tried doing this with cotton wool, but i put too much down the barrel and it clogged up, so i had to dismantle m7 l96! Wasnt too bad, worth it though, the amount of grease was unbelievable.

Thats what I'm worried about, clogging up the barrel, is there a big chance of this?
