All I can do is echo what's been said above.
What's the most accurate chrono? - Simple, the same ones the forensic science service use.
Would I buy one even if I had the money? - Of course not. It doesn't matter if it's accurate enough to calibrate the large hadron collider, if your site's chrono reads you as being over site limits then your gun is out of use for the day.
Get what your regular site uses and even then take it with you and check for discrepencies.

Most precise, the Chrony.
My Dragon 9800 reads exactly as a Chrony, except when above 500 or so.

chrony alpha
had it for years accurate for rifles, air rifles and airsoft guns. and with the light unit you can use it in any light and the printer is fun when you do a few hundred shots then you can do maths with it
excuse the mess =p just finished fixing my mp5
hoarder of ksc glocks currently 11+ parts and counting
