Another parcel force fail
11 January, 2012, 11:30
Ordered a mad bull tight ore barel, and a mad bull ultimate hop, bothe from different retailers, but both ordered within minutes of each other.
I choose parcel force 24hour delivery for the hop unit, royal mail standard for the barrel ( all that was available)
So what arrives 1st? The barrel -_-
Not only have parcel force not delivered my parcel in 24hours they have been so late that they have been beaten by royal mails standard 3-5 day delivery service.
Bravo parcel force, bravo

Re: Another parcel force fail
And this is parcelforce's fault how?
IF you find that parcel force has had it for days then fair enough, but until you've received it and checked the paperwork how do you know that the retailer sent it straight away?

Re: Another parcel force fail
tracking codes would tell you the first day it was scanned, lets you know when its picked up from the retailer/dropped off at the PO

Re: Another parcel force fail
Dispatched Monday, I've tracked it over the last 2 and a half days ( still waiting ) so that's a 24hour delivery fail. It took them from Monday morning till midnight last night to get it from Glasgow to the northwest. So they have had it for much more than 24hours

Re: Another parcel force fail
Fair enough, but it's worth putting things like that in your first post as so many people just jump on the couriers without thinking that the fault may lay with the retailer. That's the way it's been for me far more often.

Re: Another parcel force fail
had the same thing w/ yodel took 3 days to deliver, but i guess they have more workload than usual atm, best thing to do, email them complaining, then get your refund on postage, and man up about, have had 3 guns lost through the RM, i would happily take a couple of days late over that.

Re: Another parcel force fail
At the moment Parcelforce have a big backlog. I've had the same with a few of my parcels delivered by them. Sometimes it just can't be helped. It may be annoying but it does happen sometimes.
