cat crap, smear on, polish off. Leaves a thin film on lense that repells water.

just had a look at herosharks website and his stuff looks really good - think I might go some of his full seal folding type goggles, anyone had any experience of these, do they restrict your vision at all?

use anti fog, try to clear your hair out of your goggles so sweat cant enter or keep hair off your face

Also, when you do wipe the steam off your glasses (in the safe zone afterwards obviously), make sure to wipe your brow clean of sweat, otherwise they'll just steam up again immediately.
i been using this method for years,and can also recommend it.

cheers guys for the advice - I'll try all the above, and have mesh goggles as back up,
The fog up really gets on my nerves when your in the thick of it so anything to solve the prob is good.
