Re: New FCS CQB Site
Do you know how much the people who own these sites want to charge to let you play in them? When you are talking Million pound developments, slinging them £200 to use a site aint going to happen. You can carry on paying £20 for a bit of crappy woodland but thats what you be stuck with if you don't pay that little bit extra!
The rent on 100 acres of woodland where you can fit 120 players + easily at £20 (£2400) is sub £5k a year. Rent on a building where you can fit 50 players at £30 (£1500) is going to be double, who is the greedy one.......

Re: New FCS CQB Site
Cracking Day has hit the nail on the head. Site owners are well aware that high entry fees may deter customers, but they have little choice if they want to offer something different for players. Its a fine balancing act, not to mention financially risky to pitch the entry price at the right level.
This isn't the States were land values are lower and there is a bigger customer base. On this crowded isle of ours, site owners have little choice but to pay what may appear to be exorbident property rental costs.

It's airsoft pikeyism, people want the well run sites in the fantastic venues but they still want to pay woodland prices. What they have to understand is sites are businesses and the owners don't just turn up to run it at a loss for their entertainment.

I'm due to play at this site in the next couple of weeks, be nice to go to a CQB site that's set up for small tactical games instead of some idiots rushing off and unloading high caps down corridors like headless chickens and preventing any movement
