Re: Law Enforcement Filmsim Day - Outpost
To be fair, the first thing that struck me was the "no face protection" statement. I would be seriously put off from any event that demanded I didn't wear full face protection. Don't get me wrong, if people reserve the right to go "bare", well that's up to them, but to be told I shouldn't wear protection......no thanks.
I hope the day works out well for everyone involved, and no one suffers any injuries.

To be fair most milsims don't wear full face protection as the number of rounds coming at you a very minimal

Re: Law Enforcement Filmsim Day - Outpost
the people i know that lost teeth mostly say it was one single shot (at sites with ban on 350+ fps) that took out their tooth, not a full auto burst to the face, so the amount of shooting, in my eyes, makes no difference

Easiest solution is just stick a gi shield in, you can get a cheap boil and bite off the internet

I'm sure it was, I was going of the basis that if you have more rounds going at you its more likely to get hit in the teeth.
Just explaining that most milsims won't do lower face protection

Re: Law Enforcement Filmsim Day - Outpost
Sounds awesome :D Shame I cant get time off work for it
Also for the "no full face protection" Im assuming thats more aimed towards people who want to wear paintball or army of two full face masks rather than say just a lower face/mouth mesh guard?

Nope, plain clothes, proper uniform, or FBI jacket type uniforms only
Hmm, so what is a suit if not Plain Clothes?

Tempted by this.
Word of warning though suits are incredibly hot when you run around in them and a friend nearly passed out in his after an hour of skirmishing.

Just as well suits aren't allowed then.
Sounds like great fun but unfortunately I won't be able to make it! Hopefully next time.

So when you say Plain Clothes you mean Casual Clothes not Plain Clothes.
