Its been canceled now. The site owners health and safety team will not now access to a number parts of the building complex and surrounding grounds.

@Wattsy It was there fault it had to be canceled. all player are getting a refund. Plus i know the AI crew and have played in there MACV-SOG team at the there Tour of Duty event and they are a great bunch of guys they have helped me with questions, fixing gun and sorting out gear.

Yep, I can vouch for the AI team having done everything possible to keep the game running. Having spoken to them personally, I know very well how passionate they are about airsoft in general. I'm sure this is the last thing they would have seen happen.

Without knowing for certain what caused the problems leading to the event being cancelled, I have a sneaking suspicion that irresponsible players at the site previously, and some general fostering of ill feelings from certain players will not have had a positive effect.

Ive been looking forward to this for ages, me and my housemate's first big airsoft event, been buying gear for this and getting ready for it for ages now...

Hardly a "lol" thing, a lot of people going to be very let down.

You have to ask though, how does this happen. This is a venue used by numerous other airsoft clubs without issues. What exactly could be a show stopper for this particular booking?!

I don't know for certain, but I have a sneaking suspicion it has NOTHING to do with the organisers and more to do with irresponsible idiots that call themselves "airsofters" compromising the venue.

sorry for my ignorance but was this game gonna be at harold wood hospital? played there twice now and one wuite recently and didnt see a problem with it there at all
