I think you can use the Tanio Koba one touch adaptor with a Detonics barrel since it's a bull barrel like the Hi-Capa ('coned' end unlike the straight 1911 barrel).

Really loving the look of the silencer on the Detonics Apurturesci I think you've persuaded me to fit one onto my 1911. Does it have any affect on the cycling of the slide?

Corest, thats exactly what I did

The slide cycles fine! The suppressor is pretty light, and it really doesn't have any negative effects!

I got it from someone in the classifieds sale section. They're pretty unavailable at the moment, but some HK sites stock them.

EDIT: I just stripped the thread on the plastic outer barrel :C

I'll have to thread the metal one tomorrow with a tap & die set.

I no its absolutely amazing quality picture but you'll just have to put up with it.

my new gbbr toy courtesy of muzzy, i'll take more pics in better light and preferable not with my phone when i have time.

yep, brought it becasue my prowin mags are coming from overseas so i thought i'd buy one and try it out. havnt had a chance to fire it without it venting like a mo'fo because its like -15000 degrees here
