You need to zero it mate its slightly to the right of your iron sights!

It could be zeroed its just that it looks off due to the camera, eye relief and zero are a funny thing as it differs from person to person.

Or could be that the BB's aren't going straight, and so it's been zeroed for the BB's flight path, and zeroed that for a set range? The possibilities are endless!
Now then... a question - what type of Aiming module to use on a SIG-551?
