What size rail is that?
I should be getting myself an AGM next week and I was thinking of doing something very similar to that myself.
I just cant decide if I want to keep the 14" barrel and a long rail with a Scar style QD silencer, A 10-11" barrel 7" rail and my big ass silencer or get something like the G&P Defender front set and stick a noveske on it.

its the troy 10inch unit Armchair Operator was selling on are local forum :P and tbh i have kept all the spare stuff as we can get agm uppers for $12 so just build them all :P

As much as I like Armalites, I can't se the point in having 20 rifles, and all of them based on M4s. I know you can mod an M4 for just about every situation going, but surely it's a bit more interesting to have several different types of rifles? Ah well, each to their own I guess

i dont understand why but i do it myself - while they may look similar they are extremely different to handle

It's simples.
You have one for CQB instead of an MP5 or something like that.
A DMR one for long range stuff.
M4 for all round use.
M203 equipped one for days when you just need that extra fire power.
Standard M16 for when you want the longer range but without the extra DMR trimmings.
Basically the AR-15 platform is so customisable you can make it fit pretty much any roll.
By having a gun for each roll based on the same basic platform you only need one set of mags and one set of kit as well.

Oh and having a wall full of AR's looks cool.

Where have you seen the uppers for £12? Having spare uppers sounds like the best way to get the looks I want without having to mess about with multiple guns.

like the 2 poster's above have said the Ar has so many different forms and they might look close to each other but they feel and handle very different even your self you have 2 AR's that to me do the same job as there both a cqb rifle

while im not going to have a room/wall full of AR's im going to have 3-4 different full uppers for my ar for the different game sites in my area

i will say reaper the ak does look super sexy :P

it feels and ways nearly exactly tha same mate .
Just a few diferences that a squaddie will tell right off the bat once fired . or even in hands . .

but damn it very close to real one . just slight dif in weight as to ammo and the 5.56 mags lol
