i would say it is mounted backwards..that red button on the lense cover is for the front cover..the scope is like every other scope large to small with the controls at the rear.small end ..so yes its backwards

Guard sniper now you mention it. It does look backwards so i change what i said that is a perfect m14 apart from the backwards scope!

Im sure the guy who put it on would know which way the scope sits. Plus if you look to the rear there is the turnable dials for the times zoom, so its definatly the proper way around.

Those new metal mid caps from 'soft scotland are really good bits of kit.





Thinking of a C8 diemco project. New barrel, ruber but pad and a RIS kit :D
