It's a Vietnam era metal body, so that means no forward assist or shell deflector.

Yeah, it was a bit of a pain in the arse but now its pretty sweet. Stuck in a guarder tune up kit too and a G&Pm120 motor so its a beeeaassst for ROF.

I'm also in the planning a new M4 CQBR as well for once I've finished the DMR. It will be the DMR's little sister with a very close family resemblance altho like all younger siblings this one will shout alot.
The high mounts are only temporary as is the scope. I'm ordering a TM mount in a week or so and an M3 style scope at the end of the month as well as a new bipod.

bit of an update on my smaller sized armoury now,









bottom to top

#1 started out life as a marushin m2 8mm carbine, ( still is really ) then baught a folding stock from a french bloke at war and peace, also has oil bottle and repro sling
has the correct barrel lug without the bayonet fitting, but as of yet havnt got the flip up rear site,
still have the full stock for when my infantry loadout comes along
got 4 mags

#2 cyma Thompson, not much to say about this one, was one of my first guns to start off my airborne loadout, like most people. but this is now my dads gun which he prefers to use, got 7 midcaps and 1 locap

#3 probably one of my favorite guns i've ever owned, shoot 'n scoot M1 Garand, havnt got any upgrades on it yet, but before my next event i will be putting an m120 spring in, locking to semi auto, sorting out my repro sling, 5.02 tightbore barrel, systema motor and a new gearbox of some sort, oh and full wood has 13 mags

#4 the most unique gun i've ever owned, funnest gun ive ever owned ( well, on par with my start M60 ) shoot n scoot .30 cal LMG, ( NOT a browning, browning was the makers name, the BAR and M2HB are also 'browning' please, Call of duty arnt always right.
i am rigging it so it has an external box mag which will feed from the vietnam dated ammo box which shall hold a arge 4600mah 9.6 and about 5,000 rounds also getting a tightbore for this one, extending the barrel from a standard P90 to, well as long as possible,
internals are TM P90, unmodded gearbox but i was getting a few kills with it mounted on a tripod, so cant move about :P

garands brilliant, but remember its the AGM M14, not a custom body or anythig ( well not around the gearbox) the 30 cal has had its problems, due to its custom nature and the way its held in the body shell, the GPMG does look good though
and build time i think is around 7 months

I'm not sure on the PRS I think it would make it look too much like I was trying to build a PSG-1 from an AR-15.
I chose that stock which is on it because it was close to the one on the RS gun which inspired me to make the DMR and because it has the same side pods as the VLTOR E-Mod stock I have on my M4 which I've found to be one of the most comfortable M4 stocks I've used.
